About Ian Raeburn-Gibson, Registered Psychotherapist
Ian Raeburn-Gibson is a Registered Psychotherapist located in Collingwood, ON.

In therapy, Ian is known for his gentle, calming, and reassuring presence. As a mental health counsellor, Ian looks to foster a welcoming, inclusive, validating, (and sometimes, humorous) therapeutic experience. Ian works with clients who are experiencing challenges such as: anxiety, depression, grief, stress, hopelessness, relationship struggles, and trauma. Ian helps clients get to the root cause(s) of their issues, and in doing so, they create lasting change that goes beyond the therapy room.
Ian is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and approaches therapy from a trauma-informed lens. Ian has added experience in youth/teen counselling, and as a new father himself, has a passion for working with parents and young families. Ian also provides couples counselling, and approaches couples work through an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens.
